Hairstyles for Girls can be tough to do when entering a Beauty Pageant, but you no longer have to spend time looking all over the Internet or trying to think of hairstyles on your own. You probably didn't know that the kind of hairstyle that you choose could make or break your overall pageant look if it doesn't correlate with your facial structure. Please remember, that if you are competing in Natural Beauty Pageants, then you do not want to add additional hair to any of these styles. These hairstyles should be done with your natural hair.

If you are competing in the Prettiest Hair Side/Optional Competition, then these hairstyles can help you win in this category. Trust me, many judges quench their teeth when they see the cutest child with lots of personality, the prettiest dress, gorgeous smile, have the top model look and everything is looking great, EXCEPT for the contestants hair!

Moms, please spend some time doing something to your child's hair. Don't just put it in a ponytail. Try curling it, twisting it, or doing several ponytails with curls, braiding it or spiraling it. You must do something in order to win in this category. Many judges, including myself, love to see some effort and/or creativity with the contestants.  Their hair should be pageant hair, not everyday hair.
